By accessing or using Symple Leases ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Symple Leases provides a property management platform connecting property owners, hosts, rental entrepreneurs, service professionals, and inspectors. The Platform facilitates property listings, lease management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Fees

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Rent payments and service fees are processed through Stripe. Platform fees are deducted automatically from applicable transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Symple Leases is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months.
